Yes. The in-home measurement and design consultation is free and comes with a $150 credit toward your purchase. A certified measurer records every window to within 1/16 of an inch, notes the jamb depth and any handles or cranks in the way, and brings 400+ samples so you can compare fabrics, wood stains and cellular colours in your own light. You get a written, itemised CAD quote at the end of the visit. There is no obligation, and the measurements are yours to keep whether you order or not.

Standard custom orders take about 4 weeks from measure to install. Rush delivery in 2 weeks is available for a $150-$450 upcharge, which helps with Barrhaven and Stittsville possession dates or a listing photo shoot. Stock blinds in standard sizes can be picked up the same week from the Nepean showroom. Once your order lands we check it against the job sheet, then book a single install day. Most single-home installs are finished in one day, and condos with 6-8 windows are often done in a morning.

We measure and install across Ottawa and the NCR, including Kanata, Barrhaven, Orleans, Nepean, Stittsville, Gloucester, Westboro and the Glebe. Most in-home visits are booked within 48 to 72 hours. Nepean consultations are usually within 48 hours because the showroom is there, Kanata gets a measurer within 2 business days, and Orleans is on a weekly east-end route. Every install carries our written 2-year workmanship warranty. Product warranties come from each manufacturer and vary by line, so we give you the exact terms for your order in writing with the quote.

Yes. Our 6,000 sq ft Nepean showroom has 400+ product samples and working displays. If you would rather stay home, the free consultation brings the samples to your windows.
